Freedom Flows

I have been struck by the millions that marched in various cities and towns throughout the world, all in the call for Freedom. To cry foul against a 2 tier health system / travel passports. A system that thus labels a segment of society as second class and less worthy of freedom than others that follow the system fed routine.

This is the basis of todays poem. I know this WILL cause division and I know folks will have their views. BUT that is not my aim, BUT rather that folks will then begin to look and see why so many cry foul in many cities and towns around the world. Is it against Covid? Or against a system sponsored by multi national Companies whose end aim is profit and NOT peoples health. OR is is Mistrust. Thus there are a host of reasons why people march. And a host of reasons why Division appears to be encouraged by society.

I do ask that IF you feel the need to post a comment I WILL NOT reply to anothers point of view except for my usual Thank You. Also I will never permit any post that will seek to be offensive. BUT also I will not censor as certain forms of Media does today.

Freedom Flows

Why change the course the river runs,
Which flows like freedom’s own sons.
Define that freedom stops you fathers,
Of Nations, disguise what bothers.


Find a two tier system that works for all,
Prove that all remain equal beyond the wall.
The lies that flow sews deceit building dams,
That limit the flow where rivers hit your ram.


Let freedom flow where it seeks to see
That people aspire to move on free.
Passports based on obedience to one cause
A score that spreads your unjust laws.


Let the river of lies run its own course,
There a stain will lead to its source.
Freedom flows where its river goes unchained,
The people march to cry their call trained.
