An Untitled Sonnet

Sitting here through the late evening I completed a Sonnet for todays poem. But I cannot come to agreement with my mind or myself, to come to a name / Title that suits this sonnet best. I have always felt this was an area I lacked when striving to place a name that both suits and catches the eye of the reader.

Thus I am posting it here as planned without a Title / Name and am hoping that some kind folks will come to a name or title that surther best suits it than UNTITLED. There is no great prises or any such competition, but mere knowledge that you helped this Irish man add the finishing touch to this sonnet.

I have returned to an earlier style of rhyming to see how this fits the poem. For me the composer of such a sonnet, It feels right. But to the reader? I am sure to find out in due course.

In simple terms this poem was created from an over active creative mind, striving to imagine how one grieving for a lost love would act etc, If that love returned to that area, unknown to the one in question in the poem.

Anyways, having said all of that, Please try to enjoy this poem.

Untitled Sonnet

At times lost in a world of make believe,
I wander on alone too, chains unbound,
A million voices crowd my mind and drowned,
Under many thoughts of you, I still grieve.

Grieve for now yet never knew you returned,
Crowned by secret passion fires lost desire,
Unknown for secrets end carried you higher,
Below a march of the lonely ne’er turned.

The rainbows end remains hidden forlorn,
And gold that laid there became thieves subject,
Misguided eyes peered beyond to collect,
Robes that once adorn now are lost and worn.

Arms that once embraced you left here alone,
No time left to groan when the cold winds moan.
