Over the past number of days I had been composing a number of stanzas that may never completely make it to a completed poem. Or such was my thought in composing many of these. Until I sat today and began to place some of these together and the end result is the poem that you will read below.
About The Poem:
As stated above this poem came together from a number of stanzas that had been written over the past number of days. For me when I have no set topic in mind, I write words, lines and stanzas that I hope may eventually get placed into a poem. This is an exercise I have been doing for a number of years and enjoy this as it provides moments of exercise etc.
But for this situation I have a couple of ideas as to where this poem points at. BUT in terms of such poetry as these, that is any poetry that I compose from pieces of other poetry or bits of other poetry, then I will let to the readers what they find within.
As a christian I have certain areas that are inclined to set in automatically, BUt again I will let it to the reader to find the topic or indeed what they find within these poems. How we read or what we take from poems, this is how find what is within the poetry. I may find a couple of areas in mind like for example A OR B and other find a variety of other letters as topics. All are viable and thus I would love to know what they find.
Having said that, Let me know what you take from this poem or what you read from the poetry and in this situation, What do you take from this poem, what topic have you found. I hope to be surprised with what is found.
Having said all of this: Please Enjoy this Poem:

Game of Deceit
Deceit, still the game - we often play,
Rolling dice and closing eyes, - we sway,
All our desires, a never-ending stream,
Yet rivers of lies, a dangerous dream.
Born to lead, but - got lost in deceit,
Swimming in rivers - we can not beat,
These currents of lies, that - swiftly flow,
And all, fail to grow, - still to our woe.
This trickery of life, such a parade,
One stage for fools, - where all are then played,
An illusion of control, still a lie,
When some born to compete, and then comply.
For those who dream and yet still - shall play,
In this game of deceit, some will decay.
This feeble heart, - always beat in hope,
Yet in the lies forseen, we find some rope.
When lost, roll the dice - and close your eyes,
For in this game of deceit, - some rise,
The challenges of life, we find a way,
From the rivers of lies, to seize the day.

ENDING THOUGHTS:
Thank you for following me on this journey, that is composing and creating poetry. If Life is a journey which we all walk on, then my journey in creating Poetry is a journey of it’s own. Which I still learn much on as I write.
At times I experiment on methods or way how I can improve my poetry, therefore getting feedback is always most welcome for such as these.
When I write poetry, some readers may be offended with something within the poetry. I do not write to offend, But such are written for reasons I outline in the posts. Often I miss typos and mistakes when publishing each poem. BUT I correct the moment I discover such mistakes.
But Poetry is a form of art work that I enjoy and thus using it in a manner to touch or inspire the reader.
I would like to Pass on my thanks to you for joining me on this journey.
Poetry is a learning curve where I always strive to improve. Often due to the speed of my typing and a few other issues, mistakes and typos will find their way into published posts. I continue to work on improving this as I move along. One such change is how I have been writing and how my poetry appears in relation to how the rest of the blog appears. So much work goes into editing and reediting and then repeating that process on a number of occasions until i am happy with the result.
Please forgive for any such mistakes and for your understanding this.
