For today’s Post, I wanted to Test out a Little Project or Outline that I hope makes sense! To explain in more detail, A Man takes a walk, heartbroken from a very recent relationship break up! He seeks to find release in and from Nature, But he does not wish his heart break to show and display to others.
He seeks out first a Meadow, in full bloom But could not find there what he desired, Then he walks to wooded areas where natures animals wandered and flew free, But none could display what he searched for!
Next he passes a River raging and fast flowing, He keeps moving along until he reached a waterfall, Of a great height, The spray from the waterfall washed all that passed through or lay within reach. There he finds the release he desired, There he was able to release and discover his strength to move forward.
Given such a story behind this Poem, Could This thought Work? Only time will tell, Having been one whose mind seldom remains still, I was driven to try out and test such a lengthy or expanded version. But what kind of Poetry would this come under? Time will tell, But it has been fun to work on this over the last while.
About The Poem:
I begun this project with an Aa, Bb Rhyming pattern with alliteration pushed in and placed where I felt would work. But often reworkings and re-editing could change more than expected. Yet in the end I cannot say that I did not enjoy this project.
When an idea springs to mind that is strong, then one must work at best to bring about this idea to something much more. BUT a couple of questions flow to my mind! Does this Idea that I explained at the start of this page, work as well as it should work?
OR does this confuse the reader too much? I want (a) a Poem that is a little bit more han a poem, But so much more could arise from it. And (b) I wanted a Poem that also tells a story, a fantasy, that carries the reader off on a dreamer coasting ride! Therefore I am asking you: Does this work? I like to keep learning, thus the ideas that I try to place on a poem and experiment. This is how I learn, so Your views and thoughts are welcome!
Having said all of this; Please Enjoy This Poem:

((I use AI to create Images to suit my poetry because it saves me much time from searching through very many photographs or images that could work for Poetry, BUT like it does at times AI presented a lot of choice, But this was one I eded up deciding on, not to give what I desired BUT to give the idea that todays Poem has a little touch of this somewhere. . Credit etc and copyrite etc goes to AI or where it should go.))
The Waterfall of Whispers
Weary he wandered, weighted with woe,
His haunted heart let sorrow show,
Through whispering woods and winding ways,
He sought the waterfall’s soft sprays.
She spoke in storms, her fury fled,
Sharp, searing words like arrows sped,
They carved a cavern, cruel and deep,
Where autumn’s ache would ever sleep.
Through meadow mild he moved in pain,
Though blossoms bloomed, their grace was vain,
No gentle glow, no golden skies,
Could mask the mourning in his eyes.
Through forest full of fleeting flight,
Where creatures crossed from shade to light,
No bounding beast, no bird on high,
Could still the sob that shook his sigh.
Beneath the blaze of midnight moon,
The starlit silence shaped his gloom,
Yet faintly flickered, far away,
A hint of dawn, a hope’s delay.
Past river’s rush and valley’s breath,
He wandered wide through whispering depths,
Till thunder’s thrash in torrents tall,
Revealed the roar of waterfall.
At waterfall of wondrous height,
He loosed his loss in liquid white,
Its cleansing current cloaked his cries,
Where whispered hope at last could rise.
The torrent’s tune, both fierce and free,
Unbound his heart in harmony,
Its endless echo, wild and wide,
Restored the strength he’d kept denied.

ENDING THOUGHTS:
Thank you for following me on my little journey, that is composing or writing poetry. If Life is a journey which we all walk on and my journey in creating Poetry is a journey of it’s own. Which I still learn much on as I write.
At times I experiment on methods or way how I can improve my poetry, therefore getting feed back is always most welcome for such as these.
When I write poetry, some readers may be offended with something within the poetry. I do not write to offend, But such are written for reasons I outline in the posts. Often I miss typos and mistakes when publishing each poem. I correct the moment I discover such mistakes.
