Sometimes when a Poem is composed it refuses to bear a name, It refuses to be named. Sometimes this Poem carries content that it does not require a name or anything that takes from the content.
In this Christmas Season, I composed a poem for the content that is and went with the flow as it resulted in editing. I love the finished product, even when it took routes different from where it was. I will leave this post as it is without further content.
From all here Compliments of the season to one and all

This is not the best image for this Poem But it has to work for this one as the Poem is enough for this topic. . All thanks go to AI and its attempt to provide the image I asked for. Thus credit goes there
Untitled
Standing silent, Listening, Learning how to hear.
Rain runs softly down the windows; Clear.
Thin veils between my soul and sight,
Weakened By wandering far From faithful light.
Here I stand, Like droplets, Shaken loose from grace.
Dry ground, dust-darkened, A place I sometimes face.
What fell here, Were tears I dared not name.
Fears folded deep, Where faith Once fed the flame.
In a daze Days drifted, still, I kept the fire.
A borrowed blaze, bent, but would not tire.
Pain pressed patience On my furrowed brow,
Yet love, held holy, taught my heart To bow.
I know my fault, thus faltered and fled the call.
Still mercy met me At the edge of fall.
And though You left, so doubts had there sworn,
I found You waiting, Love restored, Reborn.
So in waiting I, Not asking, But with breath.
Without bargains, I trust Through doubt and death.
As the night Learns morning, this stone Learns to pray.
For the love withdrew, ne’er to loss or pain,
Returning, as before, Making all whole again.

ENDING THOUGHTS:
Thank you for following me on my little journey, that is composing or writing poetry. If Life is a journey which we all walk on and my journey in creating Poetry is a journey of it’s own. Which I still learn much on as I write.
At times I experiment on methods or way how I can improve my poetry, therefore getting feed back is always most welcome for such as these.
When I write poetry, some readers may be offended with something within the poetry. I do not write to offend, But such are written for reasons I outline in the posts. Often I miss typos and mistakes when publishing each poem. I correct the moment I discover such mistakes.

YThank you Billy, This Poem is one that No Title would ever suit and thus Untitled is what fitted best.

Great Poem, Pat!! I’m really loving your groove and your alliteration!! It’s so great!!
I have a different feeling about not naming Poems, and written pieces. I don’t know about you but I always think of what I write as a birthing of a poem/piece from me and since I’m sending it out in the world, My View, is that they deserve a name so that it is easy for the world to remember them – and You!! Just me, my Friend!!!
Here are my suggestions. I thought your photo was an awesome match with the poem – Window Pane Races, Raindrop Races???
Ha!

Hi Chuck, I certainly agree with you, I place a lot of thought into what goes in a poem. First draft has the content in put ihnto a poem and when satisfied about that much I rerework the poem for smoother and better rhyming and alliteration, which often can move some words from the poem, but never the important parts.. a lot more work, But I love working on them. But there are a few occasions that a Poem almost refuses to be named and often that fits perfect for it that seems to dive from it. Plus when an image fits perfectly it goes far better in my opinion.. Thank you as always chuck.

Ha! I know some poems try and hide or avoid being named. I understand that but, “For Me” my poems are like children and writing is birthing them for me so I don’t want one of my little child poems running around the world without a name. It seems a bit of a reflection on me that isn’t “positive” but again, “Just Me”!
Chuck 😁😊👍

For the most part I agree, BUT some are born to be without a name BUT that does no5tmean for the reader that is remains without a name, Any Readers are welcome to name it for themselves… It can be a more personal issue with them then… BUT again Its just that poem that refuses a name, BUT others were part of a project… Thank you again Chuck.. Sure you can name it my friend..

I guess you have a point of letting the reader call it what they want!!! Just Me, I always have a nagging feeling if I don’t give a poem a title! Ha! 😁✨😊
