Following my last post which was completely about Celtic Mythology and w as basically a way of mine to lay a foundation mark to eventually compose some more on celtic mythology. This was composed on my love for Celtic Mythology and basically as an Irish man I consider myself a celtic Irishman, Even though my surname has firm Norman ties and background. But a large section of my family tree has great celtic roots. But besides it is a highly interesting topic and contains a large clue to what The Irish Herritage is.
Therefore after posting that, I knew that many will not enjoy that very muchand expected as much how it would go. That brought me to todays Post, I had an image that contained what would be a great poem, although that inage was in mind rather than an actual image, It felt like a great poem.
I can confirm that Todays Poem Has NO Trace of Celtic Mythology in any manner. IN fact this Poem is a Look at Love. This is a love poem with an image in mind. My only hope is that AI image library will have an image to match this. The first Title for this Poem was to have been “The Field Where Love Still Speaks” But I felt that that Title may have been a little too long, so It was given the shorter Title that you now see.
About The Poem:
This Poem is based in the now normal structure of Aa, Bb Rhyming with as much alliteration as this poem would permit. All of this is to fit the sound and flow of the poem, giving it a more musical feel.
A question for readers: “Have you ever been so caught up in toughts while on a walk that you stumble as it were into a field, grass is high and is full of life, Nature is represented there in many ways. From (an unmentioned height in The poem) you spy a large Old oak tree close to the center of the field, and beneath it lay 2 lovers caught up in their own eyes and the love both have for each other? This is todays Poem!
A person spies lovers in embrace and look on at a form of reply from animals, birds etc appeared to fill the image. There is nothing else that one could add to that.

Where Love Still Speaks
While wandered I by fields of golden brown,
Thoughts thrummed within, a tide that pulled me down;
Where lovers lost lay low beneath the tree,
The grasses bent and bowed in reverie.
Lost in love like starlight stirring hearts,
Time turned its tune and played its patient parts;
Nature nursed the living with her dreams,
The great-grown oak diffused the sun’s soft gleams.
Rain-rinsed leaves in whispered wonder gleamed,
Bird-blessed breezes bore a song that dreamed;
I sat in stillness, soul and senses wise,
While Nature’s nurturing love enclosed my eyes.
And in that hush a higher warmth was found,
A hidden heart where heaven’s hopes abound;
Love, like the morning sun, suffused the air,
And left my longing spirit light as prayer.
Soft shone the sky as sunset slowly spilled,
My restless heart in quiet wonder stilled;
Love’s lasting light, like dawn in summer’s crest,
Had found a faithful home within my breast.
Now wander too where golden grasses lean,
And hear the hymns of what the heart has seen;
For every leaf and lark will softly prove,
The world is woven through with deathless love.
