Sitting here with no walking for the past number of days whilst on antibiotics for an old back injury. I find myself with free hours in which to write, Yet the topic and ability to compose such a poem came easier than expected. BUT few words would suit what I could place in any story to lead up to this poem.
Except that the Poem is about Love, Plain and simple finding love and when that dart of love strikes and it takes you into a realm as it were to where your whole being is transformed. Yet nothing I write could explain this poem, except that readers should find it for themselves. Todays poem is about LOVE, those four simple letters that form a word that has the power to change all.
And yet the changes it brings to your life alters you in more ways than you would ever dare expect. When Love rises within you, It alters you forever and the changes it makes becomes a worthy journey for all who take that step. Still Todays poem is about Love and no explaination could explain this poem best than that same word. All else here all but fills the gaps until one reaches the poem itself.
Having said all of this; Please Enjoy This Poem:

Love Rising
With eyes that shine like stars in the night sky,
She smiles and passes me by I comply.
That beauty lays in her eyes a delight,
Hearts take flight at such a sight ne’er a slight.
When she speaks, her voice calms a raging sea,
Not ever one but three would dare agree.
With pockets full with gold I hear it told,
The young and old shall ne’er behold or hold.
To learn where choices could thus then improve,
One’s standing in her eyes, I would approve.
Or If this world were ever turned about,
Beyond all doubt I’d scale the heights for clout.
Sitting e’er smitten by that thing called love,
That appeared to be sent thus from above.
Be stilled oh beating heart, this day may ring,
Bells that chimes a new day when love shall swing.
The scent of love fills the air here and there,
Clear the air both here and there all is square.
Do not stare when it yet calls to strike you fair,
Seated in a chair from Clare to beware.
