Landslide Of Thoughts

As a task that I set for myself, as I have often done on poems I posted here, I decided to write a poem that carries many thoughts of a variety of topics , all just to show what a mind that experiences what I call a “Landslide of Thoughts”. Much of this stems from anxiety or other negative thoughts or experiences that resulted in a period of time where such thoughts flow wild.

This is where some of my poetry come from, but often they are noot set on one singular topic, but a range of topics to strive to wrap the parcel of thoughts into a package that one could state that is a job done.

This exercise works to a large extent and eases ones anxiety for another time. In another way It is showing that Poetry is a means that one can use to ease anxiety and other such issues to benefit a battle through that moment.

Having said all of this, Please try to enjoy this poem:

Landslide Of Thoughts



Inside a landslide of emotions run,
Sometimes appears like fun shot from a gun,
Defiled the sanctity of peace within,
Just as rains flood a hillside, all begin.


Rewind with liberty and start again,
Clear the stage without rage breaking the chain.
Nothing to gain or to lose just about,
Cluttered, misguided, confusion no doubt.


Clear the safe zone to call your own sometime,
Finding downtime to clear clutter, one climb.
Frantic pushing to divide and conquer,
Much embroiled from yonder left to ponder.


In a world of hate are those who survive,
Feeling alive again or join the hive.
Become the problem that helps but does nought.
Brain freeze to degrees of nothing you bought.
Find the zone and stay safely there alone,
Retune your mind here, thus begin unknown.
